Dear Colleagues:
The deadline to make elections during the annual Insurance Open Enrollment period is Monday, August 28!
- Enroll in or waive medical, dental and vision benefits
- Change your insurance plan type
- Add or drop covered eligible dependents
Medical plan benefits and costs are described in the UnitedHealthcare Oxford Enrollment Guide.
If you do nothing, your current elections will remain intact.
New! This year, ACP employees also may elect to purchase optional coverage through Guardian:
• Term Life or Accident Insurance for yourself, and life insurance for your spouse or children
• Specified Disease Insurance to cover expenses that medical insurance doesn’t (e.g., deductibles or out of pocket costs).
• Accident Insurance to cover expenses – medical deductibles and copays, household expenses and childcare – if you are injured from an accident.
Elections made during this open enrollment will be active from September 1, 2017 to August 31, 2018.
If you do not make an election by August 28, you must wait until the next open enrollment period in August 2018 unless you experience a Qualifying Life Event change such as marriage, birth of a child, or loss of coverage through another plan.
