Stephanie has spent most of her career fostering the growth of physician associations, thus enabling these associations to advocate for better payment rates and legislation that lead to improved quality of care outcomes for
their patients.

Duluc was at the forefront throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. She helped lead the collaboration of Corinthian Medical IPA and SOMOS Community Care’s emergency response to establish over 120 trilingual testing sites in the hardest-hit NYC communities. The teams Stephanie led were able to distribute over 2 million meals to those in need as part of Corinthian and SOMOS Community Care’s holistic COVID-19 outreach initiatives.

Stephanie hails from the Dominican Republic. She has a Baccalaureate degree in Health Service Administration as well as an Associate Degree in Criminal Justice. Stephanie takes pride in her ability to assist businesses improve their performance by developing achievable goals and protocols.
