Lidia Virgil has more than 25 years of experience in the development and administration of medical practices, from single specialty to large multispecialty groups. Ms. Virgil led an Independence at Home Demonstration grant from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) that required creating and implementing effective administrative and clinical processes. Her expertise encompasses implementation of procedures and guidelines that enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations including HIPAA and OSHA. Ms. Virgil has extensive knowledge of third-party/insurance reimbursement and auditing guidelines for both State and Federal payers and experience with medical management and EMR programs.
