Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff
Alexandro Damiron is the Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief of Staff at SOMOS Community Care. Alexandro is responsible for SOMOS Community Care’s business development and organizational design, including: staffing, team building, and performance assessment.
A native of the Dominican Republic, Alexandro has been recognized by the minority health care community as an emerging leader in the field of health care for the State of New York. Alexandro specializes in implementing and managing new initiatives that support the education and progress of minority community physicians, which includes business development, team building, communications, customer service, and performance management programs.
In addition to his dual roles at SOMOS Community Care, Alexandro takes pride in his ability to establish strategic communication between primary care physicians and multi-cultural/multi-lingual patients, such as those in New York City.
Prior to joining SOMOS Community Care, Alexandro was Manager of Health System Development at Mount Sinai.
Before Mount Sinai, Alexandro served as the Business Development and physician outreach for Corinthian Medical IPA.
Alexandro also serves as a board member of Dr. Ramon Tallaj Foundation
