8 oz Low-Fat Plain Greek Yogurt
2 whole Garlic Cloves (grated or finely minced)
1 tsp Honey Dijon Mustard
Juice of 1/2 Lime
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 – In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, mustard, and lime juice until fully incorporated.
2 – Add the garlic, salt and pepper, and adjust seasoning as needed. Mix well.
3 – Cover and refrigerate until needed.
NOTE: The mixture will keep, in the refrigerator, for several days.
