Updated ACP Employee Handbook

Dear ACP Colleagues:

At today’s all-employee meeting, CEO Mario J. Paredes discussed several changes affecting ACP employees. The ACP Handbook has been updated to reflect policy changes.

Cost of Living Salary Increase

ACP will provide a cost-of-living salary increase of 3% to employees who meet the following criteria:

(1)    Employed at ACP by March 31, 2017

(2)    Passed 90-day employment Introductory Period by June 30, 2017

(3)    Did not receive a salary increase after March 31, 2017

The salary increase is effective July 1, 2017.

Vacation Policy

Full-time employees in Administrative, Clerical and other Non-Director positions are eligible to accrue an additional five days of vacation upon completing two years of employment at ACP. These employees may carry over accrued and unused vacation time to the following calendar year, up to a maximum of one-year’s annual entitlement, or fifteen days. See Section 19 of the ACP Handbook for further details.

Independence Day 2017

ACP will be closed on Monday, July 3, 2017. This additional day off acknowledges the efforts of employees to close care gaps before Measurement Year 3 closes on June 30 and anticipates a very busy July collecting data for the DY3Q2 reporting period. This day is an exception to our standard ACP holiday calendar.
