Gloria Wong Executive Vice President of Operations
Gloria Wong has over 25 years of extensive experience in sales, marketing, and provider network (Medicare and Medicaid), specializing in new market development and new initiatives.
She has held several management positions at United Healthcare/Oxford Health Plans, Touchstone Health, and other managed care organizations. Gloria has a track record of driving business operations to profitability in start-up, turnaround, and high-growth situations. She created new programs using “out of the box” strategies, resulting in additional revenue, minimizing medical costs, and increasing membership and retention rates.
Ms. Wong earned a B.B.A. in Accountancy at Baruch College with an emphasis in business, marketing, management, and finance.
Her expertise includes executive management, mergers and acquisitions, managed care contracting and operations, physician-hospital transactions, and strategic and operations consulting.
